Deaver Progressive Series springs are high-quality 9-leaf units fabricated with high grade 5160 āAmerican Madeā steel designed for the Tundra 2WD / 4WD. A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. The even, linear compression rate curve of our progressive system spring is the primary key to excellent ride quality.Ā This leaf pack will give you a 1"-1.5" lift in the rear
For maximum performance we recommend combining theĀ DeaverĀ I96 pack with our rear spec bypass shocks, shackles, and prefab bedcage. Installing this leaf pack requires new shackles and spring perches to be welded on the axle. We offer a self locating spring under perch kit to make the installation easier.
DeaverĀ springs are designed for performance and do notĀ use an overload spring. This reducesĀ the vehicle's tow rating.Ā It is not recommend to tow any heavy loads with these leaf springs.
